I took this photo some time ago from my visit to Nazaré where I got two empty coke bottles (from Spain) put some colored straws on them took them to the beautifull sunset of the Nazaré beach et.... voilá!~

Brilliant idea !!! Your composition is very intelligent it gives the viewer a feeling of cosiness and intimacy and love through cold bland objects ! The setting is nicely done with the tip of the straws pointing at the sunset, the framing slightly at an angle is also very nice. Your choice of aperture is right so that the focus is clearly on the two bottles but it's not too blurry in the bg and the first square meters of sand are precise enough. Then it's the green straw that leans against the pink one although conventions would have it the other way round and I think it's brilliant !!!
